The OpportunityWe are hiring Control Center Analysts to support real-time monitoring and operational oversight of JuiceX's Exchange.
This team will be responsible for observing live trading activity, identifying potential market or system anomalies, and ensuring timely escalation and response to maintain fair and orderly markets.
This role is critical to meeting regulatory expectations for real-time market monitoring and operational control.
Analysts will work closely with Market Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to support incident response, enforce exchange rules, and maintain market integrity.Skilled ExperienceExperience in exchange operations, trading support, market surveillance, or real-time monitoring environments is preferredExperience working in time-sensitive roles requiring rapid decision-making and escalationFamiliarity with trading systems, order flow, or financial market operations is preferredExperience documenting incidents, issues, or operational events in a structured and auditable mannerStrong communicator able to coordinate across operations, compliance, and engineering teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree required2+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading support, surveillance, or related rolesAbility to operate effectively in a real-time,



high-pressure environmentExperience with monitoring tools, dashboards, or alerting systemsStrong attention to detail and situational awarenessClear written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as neededPreferred: Experience working at an exchange, FCM, broker-dealer, or trading firmPreferred: Familiarity with market structure and trading behaviorPosition ResponsibilitiesMonitor real-time trading activity to identify disorderly trading, system issues, or market anomaliesEscalate potential incidents in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory expectationsSupport coordination of responses to trading disruptions, system malfunctions, or participant errorsAssist in the review and documentation of events that may require trade adjustments or cancellationsMaintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, alerts, and actions takenCommunicate effectively with Market Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams during live eventsFollow established procedures to ensure actions are consistent, fair, and transparentSupport continuous improvement of monitoring processes, tools, and runbooksParticipate in shift coverage to ensure continuous oversight of exchange activity
