This is a role for someone who likes building and improving things, not someone looking for a caretaker contract.What you'll doBe the go-to adviser for partners, business unit leaders and operational managersLead complex ER matters and guide leaders through big people decisions and changeRun the annual people cycle: performance, remuneration, promotions, talent and workforce planningLead projects from idea to delivery,



including governance and process uplift and the people side of the rebrandFind ways to simplify how P&C; works and make the changes happenCoach and develop the team around youWhat you'll bringSignificant experience as a People & Culture Manager, HR Manager, Senior HRBP or broad senior generalistStrong ER capability and the confidence to advise and challenge senior stakeholdersA track record of leading projects, change, restructures or process improvementsThe ability to spot an issue, shape a fix and drive it through with limited directionSound commercial judgement and a practical, hands‐on styleComfort working where not every process or system is fully formed yetExperience in legal, qualified services, financial services or consulting is highly regarded, but not essential.What's on offer12 to 18 month fixed term contractSydney CBD office, hybrid working 3:2Real scope and visibility at partnership level during a period of growth
