We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our local team and help drive new business, build strong client relationships and secure new bookings.

What You'll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue.
Respond to client enquiries and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Proactively follow up on leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.
What We're Looking For
Around three years of experience in business events, venue sales or a similar sales environment.
Solid communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and securing business.
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A client-focused mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours when required.
