You'll coach members through personalised 20-minute EMS training sessions.
You'll also speak with people who have enquired about joining, answer their questions and help them decide whether SpeedFit is right for them.
There's no cold calling; the enquiries come to us.
Key responsibilities
Coach safe, engaging, and personalised EMS sessions
Welcome members and help them feel comfortable and supported
Follow up with prospective members who have enquired
Help recent members get started and encourage existing members to stay on track
Keep the studio clean, organised, and ready for sessions
Work with the team to deliver a friendly, professional member experience
About you
Certificate III in Fitness or higher
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Communicates confidently and builds rapport with different people
Dependable, positive, and professional




Comfortable helping interested enquiries take the next step
Applicants currently studying Certificate III in Fitness are welcome to apply if close to completing it and meet the role's practical requirements
