Client Services Officer
Marsh is seeking a talented individual to join ourClient Serviceteam, part of our People and Investments business.
This role will be based in ourMelbourneoffice.Hybridrole: at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Prepare and process financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews.
Support advisers by managing client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow‐up actions.
Handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Be solutions focused and look at areas to improve efficiency.
Requirements
A robust interest in financial planning, wealth management, or client service role.
Proficient in Xplan, Salesforce,



and MS Office Suitepreferred but not essential
Good understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
RG146 compliant.
Experience preferred but not essential; passion for financial planning and career growth.
Preferred
Other relevant Financial Planning studies.
Excellent communication, relationship‐building, and problem‐solving abilities.
Detail‐oriented with proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
