Carinya Lodge Homes is a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care organisation, supporting 60 residential aged care residents and 52 independent living units within a solid, community-focused environment.
The Opportunity
As Co-CEO (Corporate Services), you will report to the Chairperson / President of the board and play a critical leadership role across the organisation, driving performance, sustainability, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver thefinancial managementof the organisation, including the production of monthly financial accounts, annual budget cycle, reporting to regulators as well as ensuring effective liquidity and investment management strategies are maintained
Overseecorporate services: HR, Administration, ICT, Maintenance, and Support Services
Partner with the Board and Co-CEO (Clinical) onstrategic planning and execution
Ensure excellence ingovernance, risk, compliance, and safety
Build strongcommunity, industry, and stakeholder relationships
Foster a high-performingworkforce culture, capability, and engagement
About You




You are an experienced and values-driven leader who thrives in collaborative environments and is motivated by making a meaningful difference to our residents and their families.
Tertiary qualifications inBusiness, Management, Accounting, or similar.
(CA/CPA preferred)
Minimum5 years' senior leadership experience(aged care or other regulated service delivery industry experience preferred)
Strongfinancial and operational leadership capability
A confident, transparentcommunicator and relationship builder
Demonstrated commitment tohigh-quality care and organisational values
Experience managing capital projects (preferred)
