Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences

Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership
Support daily routines and the smooth operation of the room
Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
Follow Little Miracles policies, procedures and child-safe practices
Contribute positively to the culture of the centre and wider Little Miracles team
About you
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
Current NSW Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, or willingness to obtain/update as required
National Child Safety Training – Foundations Course 1 and Course 2, or willingness to complete
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
