Community Living Options Inc. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Oakden.
You will provide 2:1 daytime and 1:1 overnight support to a female participant, assisting with daily activities and community participation under a Service Coordinator's guidance.

NDIS Worker Screening and a current Driver's Licence are required; First Aid/CPR certificates and a Certificate III in IS (Disability/Aged Care) or equivalent are preferred,
