Your Best Life Disability and Health Services (YBLDHS) designs support for one person at a time under the Service for One model.
You'll design each arrangement with the participant, recruit and induct the team, and manage budgets and records.
The role is non-clinical and reports to the CEO, with wrap-around HR, finance and quality support.
NDIS experience is essential; you'll work closely with families to deliver personalised supports in a compliant, participant-centred way.
