Salary & Benefits
$81,000 – $120,000 per year FTE (inclusive of super)

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting 3-4 participants per day in community settings
Working collaboratively with participants and their families/support networks
Building practical, functional skills that support everyday life
Developing strengths-based, person-centred support strategies
Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Unlike private practice, you won't need to source your own clients—we'll support you to build a sustainable caseload.
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification in:
Occupational Therapy, or
Speech Pathology
1-3 years' experience (or new graduates encouraged to apply)
Interest in working with autistic people and neurodivergence
Willingness to work in community-based settings
Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Successful candidates will progress through the following stages:
