The Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Food & Beverage team
Be the face of the operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every touch point
Oversee the day-to‐day running of the Food & Beverage department
Drive service standards and operational excellence across all outlets
Support business performance and help maximise revenue opportunities
Lead from the front, providing hands‐on support during service
Create a positive, team‐focused environment that encourages growth and success
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an enthusiastic and approachable leader with a passion for hospitality and people development.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant F&B; Manager, or in a similar leadership role
Experience within a busy hotel, resort, or high‐volume hospitality workplace
Strong leadership and team management skills
A hands‐on approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
The drive to develop your team and contribute to the continued success of the business
