You will develop, train, evaluate, and deploy AI models that operate across complex environments, including energy, manufacturing, mining, and critical infrastructure.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys solving technically challenging problems, experimenting with new approaches, and turning research into reliable, production-ready systems.
We are looking for builders who take ownership, move rapid, and care deeply about the performance and impact of what they create.
What you will do
Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for industrial applications
Build forecasting, anomaly detection, optimisation, and decision intelligence solutions
Work with large-scale, multimodal datasets including time-series, sensor, operational, and image data
Develop robust data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model evaluation frameworks
Contribute to scalable ML infrastructure and production deployment pipelines
Improve model accuracy, inference efficiency, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to translate industrial challenges into AI solutions
Research and experiment with emerging AI architectures and techniques
What you will need
4- 7 years of relevant experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or applied data science
Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and optimisation
Experience working with large-scale datasets and building end-to-end ML pipelines
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control, testing, and maintainable code
Experience deploying and monitoring models in production environments
Familiarity with SQL, cloud infrastructure, and containerised applications
Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary engineering team
Good to have
Experience with multimodal machine learning
Exposure to foundation models, transformers, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
Familiarity with industrial systems, IoT, SCADA, or operational technology data
Experience with Azure, MLOps, distributed training, or model serving
Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
Build AI systems that directly influence real-world industrial operations
Work on technically challenging problems involving energy, manufacturing, mining, and critical infrastructure
Help shape the architecture and capabilities of an emerging industrial AI platform
Take meaningful ownership of products and systems from development to deployment
Work in a high-growth, globally ambitious company with a deeply technical team
What we offer
Competitive compensation
Opportunity to participate in an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP)
Work closely with founders and experienced AI engineers
Small, sharp team with no unnecessary layers or bureaucracy
Exposure to advanced applied AI research and real-world industrial deployments
