Aware Super is seeking a Client Service Officer to deliver superior service to Advice clients and members, while supporting Financial Planners with seamless administration.
This role is in office in Parramatta/Sydney CBD with standard hours 8:45 am–5:15 pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be the first point of contact, manage inquiries, and help prepare documentation for processing.
Strong communication and detail orientation are essential, with a focus on risk and wellbeing culture.
