What you'll be doing
Running and supporting M&A; transactions from start to finish
Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, constitutions and other governance documents
Acting on capital raisings, investment rounds and restructures
Preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, including services and supply arrangements
Leading due diligence and coordinating deal workstreams
Working directly with clients and giving practical, commercial advice as deals move along
What you'll bring
Around 3–5 years' PQE in corporate/commercial law, from private practice or in-house (they're open on PQE for the right person)
Solid experience with shareholder and corporate documents
Sharp drafting skills and the confidence to manage a transaction
An interest in tech, startups or the venture space (experience there is a bonus)
A commercial mindset and a natural ability to build client relationships
