Blu Ginger Indian Restaurant in Canberra is seeking a Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will prepare, cook and present a variety of dishes, oversee daily kitchen operations, and work with front-of-house staff to deliver an excellent dining experience.
The role requires at least one year of full time chef experience, Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, strong food safety knowledge, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
