The Opportunity
This is a
360-degree recruitment role
combining proactive business development, client relationship management and end-to-end recruitment.
You'll learn to:
Prospect, cold call and generate new business opportunities
Secure client meetings and develop long-term relationships
Understand clients' businesses and recruitment requirements
Source, interview and assess candidates
Manage recruitment assignments through to successful placement
Build your own client portfolio and specialist market
Work towards commercial targets and earn commission

About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine enthusiasm for sales, prospecting and winning new business
Is confident picking up the phone and approaching prospective clients

Has strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles would be advantageous but isn't essential. No previous recruitment experience is required.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
Hold a
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
Be an
Australian citizen or permanent resident
Hold a
current driver's licence
and have access to a reliable vehicle
Reside within reasonable proximity to our
Scoresby office
Specify their
suburb of residence
