You will provide holistic, person-centred care and work closely with GPs and allied health professionals to assess health needs and coordinate care.
You will use a broad range of clinical skills, manage chronic conditions, administer medications and immunisations, and contribute to health promotion in a supportive, multidisciplinary team workplace.
