About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, honest and hard-working Practice Manager with a wide scope of experience and skills to assist in the day to day running of the medical practice, oversee staff and grow the business.

Desirable Qualifications:
The Practice Manager will have:
Previous experience in same or similar role
Minimum 1-2 years of management experience required
Outstanding personality
Good communication skills with a flair for conflict resolution
Confident management style akin to the health industry
Healthcare industry management experience is required
A knowledge of HR practices




Ability to train staff and ensure ongoing upskilling and training
Medicare item number and process understanding
Basic awareness level of Medicare knowledge is required
Able to work as part of a team
Confidence in dealing with stakeholders
Experience with medical software. Best Practice experience is an advantage.
Experience with MS Office.
Experience with General Practice Accreditation.
Must have current car licence.
