Key Responsibilities
Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately, maintaining superior food and beverage service standards in the Pascale restaurant
Supervise and coordinate a team of F&B; Team Leaders and Attendants
Train and develop food and beverage attendants of a lower grade
Mix a range of sophisticated drinks,



complying with hotel standards when producing and dispensing food and beverage products
Manage rosters and timesheets
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, keep areas stocked to par levels and complete assigned opening and closing duties
What You'll Bring

Skills in mixing a range of sophisticated drinks
Ability to supervise, coach and train a team
Knowledge and practice of workplace health and safety (WH&S;) guidelines
Understanding of cashiering policies and procedures
