Day to Day
Manage an established portfolio of approximately
120 commercial properties or a residential portfolio
Oversee a diverse mix of warehouses, retail shops and industrial complexes
Handle end-to-end property management responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance, lease administration and day-to-day property operations
Work with established systems and processes using
Cirrus8
Collaborate with a supportive team across two regional offices
About You
Previous experience in commercial property management, or residential property management with a desire to transition into commercial
Relevant real estate certificate or qualification
Confident communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions
Resilient, approachable and able to take feedback in your stride
Eager to learn, develop and take ownership of your portfolio
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Location & Working Arrangements
The preferred location is Ballarat, with candidates from Geelong also considered.
Ballarat:
Based in the Ballarat office, with the potential for 1 day working from home.
Geelong:
Candidates must be able to attend the Ballarat office 3 days per week.
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
