Labourforce have an exciting opportunity for experienced Machine Operators to join our Plastics moulding team located in North Plympton in a champion role
Their general duties include –
Extensive quality checks on each injection moulding machine they are rostered to
Escalating potential issues to the moulding trouble shooter or team leader
Sorting and conveying moulded components into storage totes
Interacting with our automated material movement robots
Strict adherence to all policies to ensure quality components only are conveyed to our warehouse
The applicant criteria –
High attention to detail over the full work day
Can sustain standing or walking over the full work day (not subject to break times)
Thrives in a team workplace
Can work in medium to high pressure environment
Is quality focused
The ability to do reasonable amounts of overtime
