Randstad Pty in Adelaide's inner-west is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to report directly to the CEO and lead a diverse team of up to 10 staff. This hands-on role oversees financial sustainability and HR while driving operational excellence.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in finance, a relevant degree, and ideally CA/CPA qualifications. A collaborative, proactive leader is sought for a secure, office-based environment with some flexibility.
