EDC is currently seeking a skilled
Mechanical Engineer
with a minimum of
4 years' experience
to join our tight‐knit, dynamic team at our head office in Mackay. We pride ourselves on

in delivering high‐quality engineering services.
This role is based in
Mackay, QLD
, with occasional site travel for inspections and client interactions to support the delivery of quality engineering solutions.
You will possess the following attributes:
Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering
Training and experience in 3D scanning, including portable CMM arm operation
Scan data processing skills using Faro, CloudCompare, and PolyWorks
Advanced proficiency in Computer‐Aided Design & Drafting (ideally Autodesk Inventor Mechanical Design Suite)




Experience in mining, sugar, and heavy industry
Solid knowledge of Australian Standards (AS****, AS****, AS****) and general mechanical engineering practices
