We're recruiting several experienced Network Engineers to join a team building and operating large-scale cloud network infrastructure supporting critical national capabilities. This is a hands‐on engineering role where you'll design, deploy, automate and optimise complex network environments while working with leading‐edge technologies.
Key activities
Design, build and support large-scale network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
Develop automation to improve operational efficiency.
Lead network deployments, upgrades and optimisation initiatives.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
You'll have experience with:
Routing protocols including BGP, OSPF and MPLS
Data Centre and/or WAN networking
Network security principles
Firewalls, ACLs, DNS and DHCP
Network automation or scripting (Python, Ruby, Perl or similar)
Building or supporting highly available network environments
A relevant technical degree and/or industry certifications
Australian Citizenship is essential.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake an Australian Government security clearance process.
