Key Responsibilities
Coordinate transport bookings, delivery schedules and logistics documentation.
Support shopfitting logistics and material deliveries for national retail projects.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely, clear information flow between clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Provide proactive client communication, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, changes and potential delays.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics challenges and find practical solutions.
Deliver responsive customer service, with a strong focus on attention to detail, follow-through and a can-do attitude.
Develop logistics knowledge and coordination skills through hands-on experience and strong mentorship.
Skills and Experience




Robust communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
Cooperative approach and commitment to delivering great customer service.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, logistics or a coordination role is advantageous.
Eagerness to learn, take feedback and develop within a supportive, mentored environment.
