Responsibilities
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
Provide attentive care to infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Engage children in educational activities that stimulate cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, daily activities, and any concerns.




Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all children.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Skills
Robust knowledge of infant care practices and childhood development principles.
Experience in special education or working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
Background in nannying, babysitting, or caregiving for children is beneficial.
Proven ability to educate and engage young learners through creative teaching methods.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
