You will balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational engagement across blue and white-collar teams nationwide.
Reporting to the executive team, you will drive recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and compliance while advancing HR analytics and reporting for Board-level use.
Travel interstate is required for this high-visibility role.
