Carinity is seeking a Community CHSP CarePartner based in Beenleigh to help seniors live safely and independently at home. You'll support set-up, coordination, documentation, and compliance for a community hub delivering Commonwealth Home Support Program services.
You will work Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, focusing on person-centred care, budgets, and continuous service improvement while collaborating with families and healthcare providers.
