There is now an opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join the in-house team for a 12-month contract.
The position can be based in offices in the CBD of any Australian capital or in the Head Office in Melbourne.
The position can also be fully remote within Australia for suitable applicants.
The Role This role will suit Lawyers with 5-10 years experience across employment law (including common law contracts, unlawful termination and performance management) industrial/workplace relations, equal employment opportunity / diversity and workplace health and safety as well as compliance issues.
The successful applicant will have training in a top 15 Australian firm or recognised Employment Law specialist and/or in-house within a large corporate.
You will also provide advice on enforceability and interpretation of industrial instruments and collective bargaining agreements as part of an established in-house legal team Full PD available on request to suitable applicants.
The position will be an initial 12-month contract,
