About the Role As Duty Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the venue while developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You'll be passionate about hospitality, commercial performance and creating a positive team culture.
What You'll Be Doing Leading all day-to-day venue operations Coaching, mentoring and developing your team Driving exceptional guest experiences and service standards Maintaining compliance with RSA, food safety and WHS requirements Working closely with the Venue Manager,
