This is a specialist prospect for someone who can come in, strengthen the existing payroll environment, upskill the current team and be the go-to SAP expert.
The Role You'll take ownership of the back-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll environment, supporting configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting while identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen current processes.
A key part of the role will be sharing your knowledge and upskilling the existing team, while working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME Manage back-end configuration and system maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities Strengthen existing payroll processes and controls Upskill,
