About the role Eternal Disability Care is seeking reliable, skilled Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex needs in home and community settings.
Key responsibilities Support daily living tasks including personal care, meals, and household duties Assist with community access, appointments, and social activities Follow Behaviour Support, Mealtime, and Health Management Plans Support participants with dignity, safety, and independence Complete accurate shift notes and documentation About you Demonstrated experience in disability support Strong communication, emotional intelligence,



and problem-solving skills Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant rights Manual handling knowledge or experience NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid and CPR (current) Driver's licence and reliable vehicle Legal working rights in Australia Working With Children Check (preferred) Medical Administration Certificate About us Eternal Disability Care provides support to participants with complex needs in home and community settings.
