THE ROLE – What's on offer?
Salary up to $110,000 + super!
Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties.
Work from home 2 days per week!
Adaptable working hours – enjoy a better work/life balance.
Dedicated VA support to take the pressure off your day-to-day workload.
NO routine inspections!
Entry and exit inspections handled by the support team.
All properties are local – no driving from one side of town to the other!

making the portfolio much easier to manage.
Spend more time focusing on landlord relationships and delivering exceptional service.

ABOUT YOU Previous Property Management experience is essential.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
Confident managing landlord relationships and resolving day-to-day matters.
Organised, proactive and able to manage your workload independently.
A positive attitude and someone who enjoys being part of a team.
