Emu Hall is currently seeking a skilled Cooks to support its expanding operations and maintain the high standards expected across its busy service periods.
Salary Range: $78,000 - $83,000 AUD Location: 2/26 Great Western Hwy, Emu Plains NSW ****, Australia Key Responsibilities: Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment to produce high-quality meals.
Portion and prepare ingredients, including meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and accompaniments.
Ensure all dishes meet required taste, texture,



and presentation standards before service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Store food properly, rotate stock, and monitor freshness to minimise wastage.
Assist with menu preparations, including mise en place and daily food production.
Follow kitchen procedures and support smooth service during busy periods.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
Adhere to workplace health and safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Skills Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years experience in a commercial kitchen.
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
Ability to prepare a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail.
Robust organisational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skill
