Project Engineers to Project Managers We are seeking experienced Project Engineers , Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers to join our team in various locations around Australia including FIFO and Perth based roles, across both civil infrastructure and mining projects.

What can you expect?
As an experienced engineering professional, we do not believe in providing you a shopping list of standard tasks straight from a PD.
Sure, some of your deliverables will be as expected – tendering, planning, procurement, resource management, technical engineering, quality, safety, progress and cost tracking, reporting, contract management and so on.
What we are really looking for is: Leadership and teamwork – proven ability to lead teams, work collaboratively and positively influence project outcomes.
Excellent communication – clear, confident communicator who can align teams and drive results.
Delivery focus – skilled in planning and executing construction works to safety, schedule, cost and quality requirements, with strong attention to detail.
Proactive problem solving – able to identify risks early, resolve issues before they escalate and drive continuous improvement.
Technical expertise – solid project experience in civil construction (earthworks, roads, concrete, structures, buildings) or SMP
