About The Role
We are seeking a
Business Services Manager / Senior Business Services Manager
to manage a diverse portfolio of SME, family business and generational clients, acting as their trusted adviser and key point of contact. Working closely with an experienced Partner, you will deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services while helping to lead and develop a team of accountants. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of Business Services clients
Build trusted, long-term client relationships and provide strategic advice
Deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services
Lead, mentor and develop team members
Oversee workflow, productivity and client outcomes
About You
You are a qualified accounting professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for clients. You bring substantial experience in public practice and are confident managing complex client needs while maintaining high professional standards.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification




At least 6 years' experience in public practice accounting
Experience leading and coaching a team
Strong knowledge and experience with Australian tax
Proficiency in accounting software and business applications, including Excel, Xero, MYOB and similar platforms
The ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality work
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
