Queensland Country Bank is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant to join our Townsville or Brisbane teams.
This full time role (38-hour week) involves delivering timely, friendly assistance by phone and online, and uncovering referral opportunities for our products and services to meet Members' needs.
You will work on a rotating roster within our open hours, supported by a culture that values service, teamwork and ongoing training.
Australian or NZ citizenship or permanent residency is required.
