They are now looking for a Site Manager to join the business in a newly created role.
The role will lead the day to day site delivery across grouped housing developments.

Key Requirements: Demonstrated experience running large residential or grouped housing sites.
Strong understanding of construction programming, scheduling and trade sequencing.
An established trade network and the ability to build new subcontractor relationships.
Strong practical construction knowledge and problem solving skills.
Current driving license.
