As a Senior Business Analyst - Digital, you'll lead concept and discovery activities across complex digital transformation, translating strategic intent into customer-centred, commercially sound and deliverable solutions.
You'll partner with stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams to shape digital products, improve customer journeys and support ART Life's digital transformation agenda.
You'll provide leadership across analysis activities, facilitate informed decision-making, and ensure solutions remain aligned to the digital vision, target operating model and intended benefits.
Working in a collaborative environment, you'll help create clarity, build trust across teams and champion simpler, better ways of working.
This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane.
Responsibilities Day to day, you'll: • Lead end-to-end discovery and business analysis activities across complex digital initiatives from concept through to implementation.
• Facilitate workshops that bring stakeholders together to define requirements, challenge assumptions and drive explicit decisions.
• Develop customer journeys, service blueprints, process models and business requirements to support future-state design.
• Evaluate business value, risks, dependencies and trade-offs to support prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Partner with design, technology and business teams to deliver customer-centred digital solutions • Provide leadership, coaching and quality assurance across analysis activities while building capability within the digital function.
Qualifications It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.

It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: • You have extensive experience leading business analysis and discovery for complex digital transformation, product or platform initiatives.
• Your stakeholder engagement skills enable you to influence senior leaders, technology teams and external partners.
• You'll bring strong commercial acumen and the ability to assess options, benefits and trade-offs.
• You're experienced in customer journey mapping, service design, process redesign and digital requirements.
• You have working knowledge of UX and UI principles and their application to digital services.
• Your experience includes agile, iterative or hybrid delivery approaches and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• You'll communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• You're likely to be experienced in financial services or substantially experienced in other highly regulated environments.
