Deliver person centred nursing care and case management Assess needs and develop tailored care plans Provide education, counselling and group support Partner with health professionals and community services Build your skills through practice, feedback and ongoing learning RN-2 Join our 24 bed mental health rehab team and help consumers rebuild skills, confidence and independence for life in the community.
Deliver expert nursing care and case management Lead recovery plans and build life skills Partner with inpatient, community and rehab teams Coach staff and support clinical learning Drive service improvements and quality care About You To be successful in this role you will:
