Deliver high quality and patient focused clinical pharmacy services to surgical patients, including inpatient care, perioperative services and pre-admission clinic.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and service development, with a great opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and support the delivery of quality patient care.
Full time, ongoing position.
