About the Role Prepare and cook high-quality food according to the menu guidelines and recipes so it is delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
Key tasks include: ·prepares a wide variety of foods such as vegetables, spices, meats, salads, seafood,



etc in accordance with prescribed recipes ·utilise the full range of cooking methods ·test foods being cooked for quality ·provide high quality food and service ·respond to orders in a timely manner ·manage ingredients and supplies for your station ·collaborate with colleagues regarding menu preparation ·supervise and training junior staff ·comply with hygiene, and health and safety regulations Qualifications and Skills ·relevant qualification or equivalent work experience ·proven experiences in a similar role for minimum two (2) years ·food secure qualification ·demonstrated knowledge and experience in food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards ·ability to work as part of a small team and under limited supervision ·available for a seven (7) day roster Authorised to work in Australia and only complete applications will be considered.
