What You'll Be Doing: Greet customers warmly and manage the end-to-end service experience Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient daily workflow Liaise with internal teams and monitor job progress/update production schedules Prepare and complete documentation/schedules/updates and ensure our , systems up to date Deliver consistent follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships Liaise with external suppliers and book in work, follow up stock and customer enquiries Be part of a co-heasive team assisting other departments to ensure that exceptional service.
What You'll Bring:



Must have automotive industry experience - for example a service advisor role, claims, in the workshop or parts interpreter etc Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations High attention to detail and robust administrative accuracy Outstanding communication and time-management skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities Team player with a proactive, positive attitude Current driver's licence Police Check required Prior Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role (advantageous but not essential) What's on offer?
