Position: Childcare Worker Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Woodville SA **** Our client Woodville Little Learners is a nurturing and engaging early learning centre dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for young children.
They are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can grow, explore, and develop essential skills for the future.
They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Worker to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience in early childhood education, a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children.
Key Responsibilities:



Assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities Managing children's behaviour and guiding children's social development Preparing and conducting activities for children Entertaining children by reading and playing games Supervising children in recreational activities Supervising the daily routine of children Supervising the hygiene of children Requirements: Diploma in Early Childhood Education Minimum three (3) years of experience in early childhood education Certificate in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN) Knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and child development principles.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma).
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
