What You'll Be Doing Prepare high-quality meals with a solid focus on flavour, presentation and consistency Deliver efficient food preparation and bulk cooking to meet daily service requirements Dinner Chef: Coordinate and deliver quality evening meals in a busy, professional kitchen Special Diets Chef: Prepare meals in accordance with specified dietary requirements and established food safety procedures Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene, food safety and workplace standards Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and consistently high standards
