Follow the cattle from the start by getting involved in how we source and procure feedlot cattle.
Understand the bigger picture across environmental compliance, quality assurance and the systems that keep a feedlot running.




Build your leadership skills by learning how great teams work, how culture is built and how to lead people well.
Make safety second nature by living and championing strong Work Health and Safety practices every day.
At the end of the program you'll have a full year of practical feedlot experience, a network of mentors and industry contacts, and a clear understanding of how a up-to-date, integrated beef business works.
