The purpose of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Talent Pool is to recognise suitable applicants for current and future employment opportunities within our identified roles within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce.

Opportunities within identified roles currently exist in: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Cancer Care Executive Services Indigenous Health Integrated Care Paediatrics Rural Allied and Community Health Social Work Department Wide Bay Mental Health and either is of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent; or is accepted as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person by the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community in which he or she lives.
