We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large commercial asset.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, building strong client relationships and maintaining high operational standards.
About The Role: You will be responsible for: Overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations across the site Leading, supporting and coordinating the cleaning team Managing site KPIs, performance and service standards Ensuring cleaning schedules and operational requirements are consistently met Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly Managing staff attendance, rosters and day-to-day workforce requirements Providing training, coaching and support to team members Maintaining strong and qualified client relationships Responding to client requests and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently Completing site administration, reporting and operational documentation Ensuring compliance with WHS, company policies and cleaning procedures Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and overall site performance About You: We are looking for someone who:
