The Role As a Youth Lead Practitioner, you will provide specialist support and intervention services to young people experiencing a range of complex social, emotional, behavioural and family challenges.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams, families, educators and external stakeholders to deliver person-centred support that achieves positive outcomes.
