We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established lighting retailer in Prospect .
What You'll Be Responsible For * Supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team * Driving sales and achieving store targets across retail, trade and design * Delivering personalised customer service and helping customers find the right lighting solutions * Building robust relationships with trade customers and growing loyalty program engagement * Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and stock management * Supporting daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently * Creating a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and great customer experiences * Promoting a safe and supportive environment for customers and team members About You * Previous experience in retail, sales or a customer-focused environment, ideally with leadership experience * A natural ability to motivate others,
